Used to describe people who are sensitive and overly emotional. Snowflakes can't handle criticism and often try to be someone they are not. Usually are fake and the type of "so-called friends" to stab you in the back.

Freya is such a snowflake, she began crying for no reason.

Dusty 

An ugly looking person/thing or object. Can also be used to describe someone as stupid or unpopular. These sorts of people are often loners and "lower-class."

Emma is such a dusty looking person, I can't stand her!

Get away from me, you dusty old man.
