when one is surrounded by companions and feels like complimenting a person on their physical features, these terms would be used.

---Man 1- yo look at that girl... SHE HAS NICE
Man 2- Pants!!! nice pants
---Girl 1- Joel is soooooo hot!!!! he must have a big
Girl 2- Earing! yes Amanda, he does have a big earing.
-----she/he has nice pants/ big earing
