Hangnecked 

Coming into work in the morning still completely obliterated by alcohol. Common signs of being hangnecked are vomiting, disorientation, nausea, no sense of reality and slurring words. Being drunk and or hungover at the wrong place and time. Trying to say hangover and instead said "hangnecked".

"Dayam John, why Did you come into worked Hangnecked?!"
