A ponzi scheme at the point it breaks down; the point at which one or more investors realize that the money they paid into an investment operation was used to pay off other investors.

1. John basically took from Peter to pay Paul; then he took from Janice to pay Peter, but the whole time he kept half the money for himself; now Peter and Janice are suing - the whole thing is a total ponzifuck!

2. Man, I got totally ponzifucked at that real estate seminar!
