A rare disorder that causes rashes when your in the driver's seat of a car. Usually your leg from the knee down must be amputated, after this is done you are never quite the same, You now have a prosthetic leg and it may cause you to swat random Iranian childen off there bicycles and stain there purple shirts.

guy#1:"that boy was quite mad at me the other day"
guy#2:"why?"
