Porpus Hork
A crusty and almost always foul smelling substance which grows under the fat folds and rolls of extremely fat and dirty people. Sometimes can be found on the corners of the mouth.
"Dude, what smells like porpus hork around here?"
"Yeah, I think its that fat guy who works in publishing, he just waddled past us to the handicapped bathroom."
