The expression "yzir" (pronounced yz-er) can be used at any time, whenever the person feels like it. It could be used to answer a question or said when liked.

"Yzir - I want some pizza!"
"Yzir everybody!"

Pronounced "mandi-el-uh". Mandiela is used when you want to say something positive about somebody.
