n. (face'oh'nim)

An acronym written or tattooed somewhere around the facial features, especially the mouth.

Katie: "Did you see Haydn's face?"
Kim: "No, what happened?"
Katie: "He wrote an 'L' on either side of his mouth, so whenever he starts to talk it looks like 'LOL'!"
Kim: "A façonym! LOL!"
