Used to describe big man boobs. This word originated from the phrase "Big Bouncers" when it got translated incorrectly. A common adverb to this would be, "jiggly", thus "jiggly mamoons".

Phil: Look at that kid with mamoons!

Benny: Gross!! They're all jiggly..
