A state of being excessively and unjustifiably paranoid. To think everyone is against you and/or the police or Feds are watching you. usually set on from visual or audio hallucinations caused by using drugs and staying awake for days.

"He's over there all boohed up. He's got himself Locked in the house peeking out the blinds He thinks he's being watched .
