some people were using this if they were pissed off already to someone they were talking to

for example:
1:hey cutie
2:sorry I don't know you... I'm not talking to strangers..
1: c'mon cutie... talk to me...
2:talk to the hand!! *leaves*
1:tch..whatever *leaves*
something like that
