1. A person or persons who covets the possessions of other including but not restricted to: personal effects, personal phrases, personality traits, beverages, food, cigarettes, and marijuana, and makes amazingly bad passes at women.

2. A person that doesn't care about personal appearance, is amazingly lazy, and for an all intents and purposes is a bitch.

3. Packs of Elves.

I can't believe she packled all of my beer.

I can't believe he packled all my gange.

They just packled all of my shit.
