reverse sleep in

Instead of sleeping in through the morning, one "sleeps in" (or goes to bed) in the early evening, before 10pm. Thus "reverse" sleeping in. It has the same benefits as a "standard sleep in," but you can still wake up early.
"I'm not going to hang out tonight, I'm really looking forward to a reverse sleep in."
