a lobbyist and prostitute, used esp. when referring to mistresses of prominent politicians, including Assemblyman Mike Duvall's alleged eye-patch underwear mistress and Jill Iseman after her alleged affair with Senator John McCain.

Assemblyman Duvall destroyed his career when he got caught discussing his lobstitute on television.

blangity-stank

(1) Noun. Used in jails and by hardened criminals to mean "lies." Generally more offensive than "bullshit."

(2) An expletive.

Appears to have originated in Sacramento County Jail.

(1) That guard's full of blangity-stank!
(2) I want my yard time. That's blangity-stank!
(3) Shut that blangity-stank racket down! I'm trying to sleep!
