Micro Set

Like a regular set at the gym, but without any lifting. To properly perform a micro set you need to look around for five minutes then pick up the weight slightly and let out a grunt. Congratulations, hit the showers, you're all done

Kurt: Great! I did a couple micro sets and went to McDonalds
