When you have to crap so bad and you have a stabbing pain in your gut, then you crap out everything in your colon. Afterwards you feel so good for hours like you had the best orgasm.

I ran home dubbled over about ready to crap my pants. I sat down on the toilet and took an orgasmic dump. I felt so good and relaxed for hours after my orgasmic dump.
