A person on the internet who commits illegal crimes through chatting apps, mainly Discord. Said crimes include committing fraud, spying on people via the victim's computer, and threatening victims for money and/or cryptocurrency. They are characterized by things such as saying racial slurs, and flexing money.

Person 1: hey i just found some cheats for valorant and some shit.
Person 2: nah bro some e-gangster's tryna steal your money. why are you even using cheats anyway?
