a girl in highschool that goes after her juniors rather then classmen and upperclassmen. this type of behaviour is becoming popular in sri kl secondary school where there is a lack of (hot) senior guys.

girl: damn look at that guy!
boy: dude, he's your junior!
girl: so he's hot!
boy: you cougar.
