(adj.) The Government's list of everyone who owns a Medical Marijuana Card. Comparable with "Black Listing," it is feared people on this list will be persecuted in the future.

Dude 1-"Hey brah, did you get that medical marijuana card?"

Dude 2-"Nahhh player, i can't get green listed. i wanna get health insurance one day, and they don't insure stonerssss."
