a word used to describe both: someone that only got into office because of his ethnicity, and a terrorizing goon that seems to creep and hide a lot, often in lots of different holes in the sand.

"Your mother is an osamabama."

"How?"

"She totally creeps around the neighborhood, and when confronted, plays the race card."
