When someone stalks another persons online status waiting for the green dot to appear and then forces interaction much to the dismay of the other person.

Nathan: I saw her green dot and IM’d her again. It was 2 am but she was clearly up.
Joyce: stop green dotting people when they wake up to pee, freak!
