Usually a derogatory term to denote African-Americans or other persons of dark skin pigmentation. The appellation "nigger" has been adapted and deemed as acceptable language by a major defense contractor to denote the lower paid, second-class employee citizenship of it's maintenance custodians (janitors) in comparison to all other worker classifications/trades.
Management: "Clean the shit out of that toilet you overpaid nigger! Goddam janitors! And they actually believe they deserve to be paid like everyone else for cleaning up messes thoughtless, lazy REAL workers leave behind "

An underage girl that wears enticing clothing with the intent of luring or fooling older men into thinking she is older. Or just a girl who developed early leading to the same end. This term can also be used when joking that a man looks like a creepy type individual, even though he has no interest in children.
