A phrase medical professionals use to describe a patient when their condition or injuries are so severe that their outcome is bleak

Two paramedics are called to a car accident where the driver has been ejected through the front windshield. The first paramedic approaches the driver laying still on the ground and rolls him over to find him to have been decapitated. The first paramedic then states to the second - "Cunt's fucked!"
