When the body does something that causes a quick, small, and inconsequential but detectable reaction. People often demand explanations for these because they may interrupt social situations but they are so difficult to describe and so otherwise insignificant that they are often given more time than they are worth and the person who did it really wishes they could just move on. If you're in this situation, you may tell your peers that you had a gluck.
(In the middle a conversation, person A is visibly and/or audibly effected by something in their body).
Person B: "What was that?"
Person A: I had a gluck just then.
Person B: Oh, okay. Continue.
