Combination of Sasquatch and Ostrich. Anyone or anything that displays any characteristics of both words combined. One who possesses the qualities of both a Sasquatch and an ostrich. Applies to both men and women.

Their massive amount of arm hair and ostrich beak-like nose, made them look like a Sasquastrich.
