1. A person that smears feces on a wall or other surfaces as if to make art.

Turd Hatchet 

A small cutting device that can be used to cut feces up in a toilet before flushing, either to keep the toilet from overflowing or so the feces won't streak the toilet.

Clarence used the turd hatchet.
