Juggalo

1. A cult consisting of white trash kids who paint their faces like clowns and often listen to ICP and Twizted. They are often found referring to each other as "family" and their mating call is "Whooooop! Whoop!"
2. Disappointed parents.

Normal Guy 1: "Yo, man! Did you see that group of Juggalos?"

Normal Guy 2: "Yeah, they smelt like shit and I bet they have some pretty disappointed parents."
