collegial term for the verbal and non-verbal cues that an experienced litigator or trial lawyer uses to command presence in a court room, convey trust with court staff, increase efficiency in the administration of justice, and/or displaying an ethical manner in representing issues before a judge.
That lawyer used a real sharkhack, to tell the judge he needed more time.
