It’s a blend of “Jon” and “Lee”. Jon is a variant of John, which means ‘God is gracious’ and Lee is a sheltered side of something. So, it can be interpreted as a gracious shelter.
Whenever I feel overwhelmed, I think of you as my Jonelee. My refuge where I find peace and comfort.
