An island near folly beach. A largely suburban area, with middle to upper class families. The younger residents party more than any normal place, and do way to many drugs. Everyone hooks up with everyone.

Kid 1: "Where's the party tonight?"
Kid 2: "I heard there was a keg on James Island.
Kid 1: Word.
