A person who ignores your messages all the time. No matter how many times you will text them they will most likely give you no response. Saggers are usually active everywhere on social media but still won't care enough to reply you anyways.

Person1: I have texted Matt such a spam yet he still isn't replying even though he's clearly active and making posts!
Person2: Jeez what a sagger.
