QPTW

QPTW means “Quiet Plate The World”

Used by a group of street racers and their fans who go by the alias “Quiet Racing” on Instagram, TikTok and their website.

They sell custom license plates on their website that say “QUIET” meaning that police scanners cannot identify the plate hence it isn’t a real plate.
