Basically a black dude without being racist. No way to explain it. Used in the majority of Northern Ontario cities where respect is for all. and I guess Southern Ontario

Person One: “Yo you don’t see many brothers here eh”

Person Two: “We Live In Sudbury Ontario, a brother is rare. (black dudes) here.
