A wannaceo is someone who considers themselves a Chief Executive Officer or any other high-ranking position at their own start-up company, when the company does not truly exist formally, or when the only employee is themselves and or another individual.

There's nobody in his company besides himself, yet he puts his title as CEO. He's such a wannaceo.
