An affliction or act of someone who drinks copious amounts of alcohol either overall or in a single act. The act of getting totally shitfaced.

The act of someone who promises you something but at the time of delivery rescinds from what they promised they would do.

Brian was supposed to pay me back for that case of beer but in the end he glibbed me.
