The act of listening to the music stylings of Drake (formerly Jimmy from Degrassi) and feeling the need to call or text a past lover because of it. Preferably drunk and confessing all the feelings that are hidden within you.

Matt: While we were out last night 'Hold On, We're Going Home' came on at the bar, John started drunk texting Sara while crying.
Dan: Wow, he totally had a drink and drake moment.
