Cladophilia

A preference or attraction toward people specifically when they are clothed, where the clothed state itself increases attraction. This does not necessarily involve attraction to any particular garment, fabric, uniform, or style of clothing; the appeal is simply that the person is clothed rather than nude.

“I realized I might have cladophilia because I consistently find people more attractive clothed than completely nude.”
