Halfstrated

Like getting castrated, but in this case you only lose one of your testicles leaving you to be half a man. Carries the added correct implication that you are now only half straight after a receiving a halfstration.

P1: Hey you know that guy Dash? Only has one ball.

P2: Must’ve gotten halfstrated. Half a man.
P1: Nah I think he had testicular cancer.
