Someone in possession of an unusually small bladder who thus needs to use the restroom very frequently. Usually inconvenient for friends of the babybladz as well as the person his/herself. Often applies to females.

"Can we stop at the gas station? I have to pee again."
"We just stopped! You're such a babybladz."
