1. When either one person or a multitude of people mount another individual (the "Theo") either for pleasure or out of necessity without notice.

2. When one or any number of people force another to support them either physically, financially or otherwise.

Do you see that girl over there? She got totally theo-surfed at that party last weekend" or "Dude i dated that theo-surfer for a year before i kicked that bitch out.
