It makes your rectal area feel a bit wet and sloppy and makes you want to instinctively wipe your ass. People experiencing grimjock may walk in a strange fashion, due to the disgusting feeling it leaves in one's asshole. Mostly occurs in individuals who follow a sedentary lifestyle and/or are morbidly obese.
