An adverb meaning very much; particularly; for a particular reason. It is used almost exclusively by the illiterate, lazy, impressionable or those affected by speech impediments.
I exspecially like to add letters to words to make myself sound less intelligent.

Mary has trouble with pronunciation, exspecially with words like 'especially'.
