To say that something tragic or horrible has already been done.

To have a horrible instance repeated.

"'Hey man, did you hear that emo kid committed suicide?'

'Ya, i heard that, brooks was there.'"

"'Holy shit! this guy is having a heart attack!'

"He had a heart attack last month, brooks was here.'"
