Ottawa Hills

A small town in Ohio that is surrounded by Toledo but is technically its own town. Has a nicer school district and lower crime rate. It is also inhabited by rich people.

Bob: So what's Ottawa Hills like?
Joe: It's like the Beverly Hills of Toledo.
