the act of wasting a third party's time by interacting with a member of the opposite sex in a more than friendly manner. Keeving (though generally considered a negative activity) must happen on occasion for the universe to remain in balance

3rd Party 1-"Where is Adam? He disappeared and his car is blocking me in."
