Last gen's OU is this gen's UU

When the power creep in a game is so bad, that character, items, weapons, abilities, ect. released only a game apart, season apart or within a short time frame of eachother have massive disparities in power. The tiers (OU and UU) are pretty interchangeable as long as the second is lower than the first.

low ladder chud: "did you hear!? garchomp fell to UUBL and weavile's fell to UU!!"
agency member: "last gen's OU is this gen's UU"
