When two people are in a kind of a talking stage or even just having a conversation and they both aknowledge the fact that the other is gay.
Often referred to people flirting with someone once they know the other's not straight, and they start to feel that the conversation is turning into a talking stage.

"Oh my god, are we gaylking?"
"So, I met this girl and we've been gaylking ever since"
