It's the misspelled Spanish form of the phrase "Qué pedo" (Ke pedo).
It is used when you don't know what's going on.

Side Note: It's an informal and somewhat impolite phrase, only use it with people you are close to.

A: ¿Por qué Laura se comporta así?

B: No tengo idea de kpd con Laura, está rara últimamente

A: Why is Laura acting like that?

B: I have no idea what the hell is going on with Laura, she's been acting weird lately.
