A variation on the blow job in which the man has intercourse with a woman's (or a man's) mouth, grabbing her head and forcing his penis so deep into the receiver's mouth that it goes down the throat, resulting in gagging, choking, and hopefully vomiting on his genitalia. Also, the gagger can voluntarily choke herself on the penis, by thrusting her head back and forth as she attempts to swallow it.
