(n.) The person responsible for creating the greatest hot beverage in existence during a time of need (e.g. a session of intense marijuana consumption). Arguably, this term has derogative emphasis when applied to this particular character.

Random dude: "Yo, tea boy, make us a cuppa"
Tea Boy: "No, you make it!"
Random dude: "But.. you're the tea boy?!"
